About the MLPOA Logo

The MLPOA Logo was designed by local resident Dolores Holiday in 1995. In 2006 the logo was updated and streamlined with Dolores' approval.

Study the logo carefully and you can see two loons, a trillium, lake waves, rolling fields and a bird in flight. Integral to logo's meaning is the connectedness of our environment. The birds in the sky, the flora, fauna, the Lake and the life it supports in relation to the surrounding land are all represented in the design.
